  • For your safety, below is information on the measures taken by our company and the recommendations that our clients must follow.
    • INFORMATION FOR THOSE INFECTED

      We have detailed information on nearby health centres and hospitals, including their address, telephone number and opening times.

    • DIGITAL INFORMATION

      We have material on the tourist resources and services found in the province available in a digital format to avoid unnecessary contact with physical materials.

    • ACTION PROTOCOL

      We have a disinfection protocol in place that is implemented immediately whenever a positive case is detected and transferred to the health centre.

    • REDUCED CAPACITY

      We have significantly reduced the capacity of our facilities to prevent crowding and to make your stay with us as safe as possible.

    • STAFF TRAINING

      All of our staff have been prepared to avoid direct contact with clients, and they have also received training on good practices for preventing COVID-19 infections.

    • CLEANING PROTOCOLS

      The accommodation is perfectly ventilated and disinfected to make your stay with us a safe one. We have paid special attention to disinfect door knobs, handles, taps and other places and objects that may have been touched by other people.

    • PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

      All members of staff that enter the rooms, including cleaning staff, are required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment: face mask, waterproof apron, gloves and anti-splash glasses.

    • PROTECTION WHEN CLEANING

      All members of staff who enter the rooms, including cleaning staff, are required to wear a face mask and gloves.

    • SHARED AREAS

      The shared areas are cleaned and disinfected everyday.

    • HAND GEL

      Hydroalcoholic and/or disinfectant solutions are available to any clients who require them.

    • DISINFECTANT SOLUTION IN ROOMS

      Hydroalcoholic and/or disinfectant solutions can be found in all the rooms in our mountain refuge.

    • DISINFECTANT SOLUTION IN SHARED AREAS

      We have placed hydroalcoholic and/or disinfectant solutions in public areas for our clients to use.

    • DISINFECTANT SOLUTION AVAILABLE

      We can provide you with a liquid disinfectant solution for you to apply to any surface or object that may have been contaminated, and we’ll show you how to use it. Otherwise, a member of staff can disinfect it themselves.

    • SPACE ALLOCATION

      Our shared areas have been split up into different areas, meaning that our clients can only use the areas assigned to them to help avoid accidental contamination.

    • CONTACTLESS PAYMENT

      Clients can use our contactless payment terminals to pay for services without having to touch anything whatsoever.

    • PAYMENT TERMINAL CLEANING

      We disinfect and clean our card machines after each use.
